You are always trying to find the time to get back to your book. You are convinced that the world would be a much better place if only everyone read more.
hi lesley, love your blog, first time posting but i've been a *lurker* for a while now =)you have such a great approach to art and life and yes altho many may not comment, you do reach & touch a lot of people ... btw re: what kinda reader r u - dedicated.also I wanted to comment on the beautiful invites you did for your daughter's wedding, gorgeous color palette, great job! and no you do not want to do them full-time (!) I created handmade wedding invites for 3 years (one of my handcarved stamp designs was published in Bride's). The happiness was contagious at times and I was thrilled to be a part of so many joyous occasions - however after doing 100's of the same design itunfortunately started to feel like *work* and I felt lost in it. I decided to go back to my art a few months ago to find myself again and haven't regretted it one bit.sorry for the long post! do you charge fees for *spillage*? lolBest wishes to you and your family for 2007!
I am a literate good citizen. "You read to inform or entertain yourself, but you're not nerdy about it. You've read most major classics (in school) and you have a favorite genre or two." You know how I've always loved quizzes! Bought any good books lately?
Just got my copy of your new book. I love it. Can't decide if I like it of Quilted Memories better. Congrats on a great book.
